The office of the NGO Bel Avenir is in Toliara, in the cinema called "Tropic". This office has become a meeting and sharing place for all the people of Tulear. Everyday this NGO, with all his staff, spend their time trying to offer a brighter future for the Malagasy people.

At the heart of the Malagasy Population

Our NGO in Tulear (south of Madagascar) aims to help the development of Malagasy people from themselves.

We lead about a dozen projects on three main themes: social, health and environmental education, allowing all the population (adults, children, the handicapped, those affected by AIDS, etc.)

A Dynamic Team

Under the leadership of Mrs Madio Helene VOLANJARY, a team of about fifteen people work for around twenty projects.

The NGO has the Tropic Cinema as its headquarters and allows this place to be a real place of exchange among Malagasy.
